I'm in Canada and I ordered mine through FitBit.com.....despite having to go through customs to enter Canada and go through Canada Post I had mine delivered to me in less than two weeks. I love mine! Perhaps you should contact them directly and hope you get an understanding soul to respond!

Me too on USPS. I got an item Saturday that from the tracker went from Maryland to Atlanta for route delivery. Only problem is that I live in North Carolina. Then the item was rerouted to Memphis so in theory they could then deliver it to the right state. That part they got right.
With all of the attention on the federal budget these days, I believe its past due to revisit the USPS mission in the "golden" age of UPS and email.
I've had a lot of issues with USPS lately too. Maybe it shipped late.. but the Post office is doing badly now. I had a small 1st class package mailed to me and that took over a week, not the purported 2-3 days. If it's not 1st class it takes even longer. They sent me a replacement Ultra which took forever to get to me, too.
I LOVE Amazon.. 2 day delivery with 2 day UPS that really is 2 days, if it's not 1!
Fitbit's website says no phone #.. when did they get one we could call? Hope it goes well. I have always had good luck emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org (I'd rather write than call, so I can organize my thoughts)
That is so sad about it being lost.. I was worried about that happening with the One. I am happy with my Ultra!

To DANCINCAJUN1; also thank you for the advice about Best Buy. I have not frequented their store often, but when I have, I have never been disappointed at all. Very good customer service from what I remember and have experienced.
To CHERSEWS; I have a cell phone, but not a Smart Phone; my Fitbit was set up on my desktop. However, I did retrace my steps the moment I noticed it was not on my belt. I was on my way to my Remicade treatment Monday morning, so it could have left anywhere from after I got in my truck, from the parking lot, to the 2nd floor of the hospital, which is when I noticed it less than 30 minutes after having it on. Short time frame, but a lot of ground covered for it being lost—and in the dark. I could only retrace my steps in the dark, until after my treatment, which took 3 hours before I could go back the exact trail . . . sad.
To PAULOBRY; Regarding Best Buy; yes, brick and mortar most definitely has its benefiits and value to be sure.

If you have a fitbit one, are willing to retrace your steps, and have access to a portable computer with internet, you can use the computer as a homing device to find it. The battery on the fitbit lasts a week so if you just lost it you still might be able to track it down. Take the computer, keep a close eye on the screen, and methodically retrace your steps clicking the refresh button every few feet. It will sync when you are within 20 feet of it with the computer. Might be worth a try.

I do feel for you ...... I bought mine at Best Buy last week ... I determined REAL quick to wear it on my bra, T-shirt, or cami .... I figured I'd forget about it if it were in my pocket or on my waistband since it is so small ....
I am so "attached" and hooked on its motivation for me ... I would definitely go out and buy another if I lost this one .... it is so good for me and my health ... after only a WEEK !!
If you change your mind, go to a local Best Buy or Staples and buy it locally .... we even got the extra 2 year warranty in case something happens to mine ....

There are several of us recently who had the same shipping issues as you did Mine was confirmed Dec 17th and I finally received it yesterday
Send them an email tonight explaining what is going on and they will either replace or ask them to refund your money
Their customer service and shipping depts are two separate areas and sadly when the order gets to shipping they are the ones who take their time shipping it out. I ordered my first from amazon and had it with two days
This phone number for the company was posted on another thread and it might help you get things done quicker They are located in CA so depending on where you are, you might be able to try calling now still

Unfortunately, my experience with the Fitbit one has not been positive in any way that I can think of. It took 3 weeks to get here; order was confirmed on 12.15.2012; shipped on 12.17.2012. USPS said Fitbit generated the tracking #; Fitbit said USPS did. It arrived on 01.04.2013. Four days later, it did not stay on the belt, apparently, the clip is/was not strong enough to stay on and it is now gone/lost, whatever . . . simply sad at $100 bucks and it took me months to save up for it as a Christmas gift to myself. Nit happy with the customer service, nor the fact I do not have it any longer, would you be?
