gosh I hope my fitbit one just keeps on working ..... I took out the 2 year warranty at best buy and if anything happens they replace it .... only an extra 10 or so .... i'm so klutzy I figured it wouldn't hurt ...... good counting !!

I was without my Fitbit for over a month because it wasn't working and then, after sending it back, it took what felt like forever, to get the replacement. They do not have online chat or phone contact, so it's just the emails back and forth that takes so long. Sometimes they responded quickly, sometimes not. The tracking number on the shipping info was "not valid", so I never knew where in the shipping process it was. It was not a fun process to get the replacement.
I now have my replacement Zip. I'm hoping the same things don't happen. As much I love the connection between SparkPeople and Fitbit, this is the last chance for me for Fitbit.
