you might want to post that in the customer service thread for others to see

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

I just got my replaement also which supposedly was mailed on Dec 17

I got a one this time since the where out of Ultras and also because I have had two ultras which did not like to count stairs climbed.

If they did have phone contact they would be SWAMPED and have to bring in more staff to deal with the questions people had So for them having only email is a cost saver

I was without my Fitbit for over a month because it wasn't working and then, after sending it back, it took what felt like forever, to get the replacement. They do not have online chat or phone contact, so it's just the emails back and forth that takes so long. Sometimes they responded quickly, sometimes not. The tracking number on the shipping info was "not valid", so I never knew where in the shipping process it was. It was not a fun process to get the replacement.

I now have my replacement Zip. I'm hoping the same things don't happen. As much I love the connection between SparkPeople and Fitbit, this is the last chance for me for Fitbit.

Walk on everyone!!! Have a great day!
