I also have a One.

Might try the reset.

Thanks!

I have not had any problems with my fitbit one. In fact, I have been really impressed with how accurate it is. I figure mine to be accurate to within 100 steps a day, which is about 50 feet. I have read a few forums where people have ended up with glitchy bits. From what I have read, customer service has been really good about taking care of their customer's concerns. If they can't help you fix the problem, they will send you a replacement.

I have had the same problem. I emailed fitbit, and they suggested I do a restart (plug into charger, hold button until it restarts, about 12 seconds). I don't notice a "fix". I have a fitbit One.

not sure which model you have. have you tried syncing it or resetting it to see if the numbers change

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

I think my steps are very inaccurate.

for example, today. I show over 700 steps already and 24 minutes of activity and I only had it on during the night, getting up twice to go to the bathroom, then I have not had it on at all since I stopped the sleep timer. :/

have your minutes and steps been correct?
