I have noticed this problem and wondered what to do, if anything. Until I read this thread I had not noticed the serving size problem. Good to know!! I don't mind the setup on FB, but I don't like the lack of groupings etc. So, I too am going to stick with spark for now. :)

P.S. call me Mouse, that's what all my friends call me!! Marie is my middle name.

Thanks, everyone. I too plan to just keep logging in SP, but was curious why the numbers didn't match. It's entirely possible that I modified my entries in SP. It's good to know that I can change them manually in FB if I want to (though I don't know if I'll bother:)).

I just log my food on SP. It does sync most of them. I find that on FB it shows less calories than I have actually logged on SP.

I post my food on SP, I have noticed that if spark has a food at 1 serv, and you enter it and then changes it to 1/2 for example it stays on Fitbit as 1 serv, you have to go into FB and change it.

I post on sparks as well. Most of my foods are already there and I found it to be easier.

the two systems do not match the same way and our hopes are one day they will

For that reason I do not log any foods on FB and just use SP. also remember that SP shows calories eaten and FB calories burned if you do not post your foods there

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

HI all, I'm new to the Fitbit, and just checked to see that my Sparky food log was syncing with the Fitbit site. Well, to my horror I discovered that the 1600-ish calories I had logged in Sparky came up as over 2000 calories on Fitbit. I looked more closely, and discovered that the .75 serving of fries and .5 serving of Junior frosty that I ate were all counted on the Fitbit site as 1 serving. Does the Fitbit site not allow half-portions? Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.
