You can either take a pen and poke it in the hole under your tower--or unplug the tower and plug it back in--and see if that takes care of the problem. AT any rate I'd still contact Fitbit.

googled it..lots of info.. someone mentioned holding down the button for several moments (a reset?)
I would try this: http://www.fixya.com/support/fitbit

and yes I'd email Fitbit support!

Contact Fitbit on line. Something is wrong. Mine is going great since February 14th, 2012. Others have older ones.

Hubby's fitbit replacement died today. It's about a month old. He got the Fitbit 4.14error message and nothing since. It doesn't do anything on the charger base.
Is this the end already?
