I'm doing well! Not really meeting my loss targets, but I'm steadily losing and that is the important thing. My new FitBit Zip pedometer is making a huge difference. Since it uploads its information right into the Fitness Tracker, my lack of steps or exercise really shows! No kidding myself anymore!

Hi! My goal is to work towards hitting my goal weight by my 20th Anniversary, which is May 15. 7 more pounds but I'm stuck in a rut. Oh well, I'm going to stay within my range, and work my rump off at the gym :)

Try to keep some of all my wishes (goals) Being good to me. Try to help my sleeping better, I have a problem with getting enough sleep at night. I don't nap in the day either, if I do its only once in a while.
