Are your goals being met? Take your time with them, try not to stress your self out if you get behind or cant seem to get going. It will happen when its the right time for you.
Remember to thank your body every day for the things it does for you, it is a gift so don't punish your self for all the things you think you are doing wrong.
Remember we all have so many things going on in our lives, so just say thanks to your self for keeping on doing the best you can.
We all want instant bliss, but it wont happen in a instant. So hang in there.

Claire, those are great goals. I like to track off line and then track it all at once on SP. I find I spend all of my time on Spark not enough on doing what I am suppose to be doing - exercise, ect. Keep going you will get there!

Caroline, I too find myself needing to take deep breathes and just breath. I am too stressed out. Keep taking care of you!

I joined the Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge.

I need to make more time for exercise.
Finishing my degree is very stressful!

I am not functioning well emotionally - but physically I am doing great! I just need to take the time for exercise and down time.

Take care team.
Jean

Me, I have to focus on letting my self get so stressed out. My Neph. told me yesterday to take deep breaths and slow down. I have been doing this, before she told me this. It just has to take shape in our minds, as to what we need to do, some times we know what it is, but keep putting it off. so me has to get with it.

Claire,
it sounds as though you are on your way with some good plans. emoticon emoticon

I continue towards my goal of 40lbs by 9/4. I lost 5 in Feb but I didn't start until mid-month, so that's good. Even though the remaining 35 lbs spread over 6 months is 6 lbs a month, I know I need to be dropping more in the beginning months. I always hear that the last 5/10 lbs come off slowly so I need to get ahead of the game

I've stopped tracking food and fitness in SP and have returned to my paper based system. I spend far less time doing it which is a great incentive for me. Plus, my paper process doesn't calculate calories. Given to me by my renal dietician, it focuses on the number of servings per type of food; if I eat according to her plan, I end up eating between 1200-1500 calories.

I stopped tracking fitness. What is the point for me? Only to gain Spark Points and I have thousands of those. If I follow her diet, get at least 4 hours a week of cardio and strength training three times a week, I will lose weight. (4 hours is my minimum - I want to so more.)
