Am so sore today from the past 2 days of doing yard work. Am doing some house work today. went to Wal-Mart this morning to get a few things that I needed to tackle this project then came home and went to work. Twisted my foot yesterday and it hurts so bad but have to keep going. Will get off of it in a little while though.

another week and three pounds lighter emoticon emoticon we're off to pick up our veggies & fruit baskets and then we'll make up a big pot of suprise veggie soup. hope everyone is doing great

Got the last coat of poly on the floor this morning. Went to town to run some errands and get some lunch. Worked in the yard after lunch. Got alot of stuff done. Rested in my porch swing the rest of the afternoon.

the rain is back to the PNW, in fact last night with had loud thunder and a gully washer going for a little while. i don't know why but i have been fighting going back to the YMCA, and i have a free membership as a benefit of my medical plan. anyway, today is the day, i'm going to the gym to get back on the recumbent exercise bike. my first goal is to stay on it for at least 30 minutes. they also have a nice dry sauna that i need to try out too.

Good for you. I love your Trooper. I rescued my Shar Pei Lexy from a meth lab and she is the delight of my life. She has it made and she knows it. She loves to go for her walks and when she sees my purse she knows it car time and is so happy. I hope your Kidneys are doing double duty. Take care. emoticon Me and Lexy

my main exercise is riding on my recumbent trike with trooper running alongside. (there are pictures of us on my spark page). the trike is equipped with an electric assist motor to help me get up the steep hills.

my goals for october:

1. congtinue to watch my food intake (more fresh fruit & veggy's)

2. ride my trike at least four times per week

3. record my daily food intake on spark

4. loose 12 lbs (3 pounds per week)

What are your goals for this month?

I want to get through my 12 visits with PT and be able to resume exercise!

I want to do my best nutritionally to lose a bit of weight this month.

I want to continue to decrease my creatinine and raise my GFR.
