My doctor was specific only about calcium. I take 1200 mg (2 chews) a day, plus it has D3 at 800 IU. My multi has 500 IU. I will ask him what he thinks about more. I take a 1000 mg Omega 3 daily. I take chromium picolinate, B-12, CoQ10, fenugreek (for multiple metabolic benefits), 1 chocolate probiotic chew, alpha lipotic acid capsules and 2.5 tbles of joint juice.
This is a fairly new regimen for me, but the joint juice is helping and so is the probiotic.
I have IBS so with one yogurt a day, it is going well.
