I'm nervous! Today I take my dress to the seamstress and start alterations. Talk about a strong diet/workout motivator!!

Like some brides, I foolishly bought my gown one size too small knowing I'd at least lose that much. I put the dress on a week ago and found that it was now not only zipping up, but a bit big in the chest and upper rib cage area, yay me!! Right?

Now here's the really weird part. Last night, I put my dress on to see if it had gotten any bigger on me and I can't get the zipper up that last inch. Maybe the alterations lady can, given its awkward to zip a dress from behind and my fear of tearing overpriced lace and tulle but I had no problems at all last week. I have not cheated nor missed out on my workouts...

I am so upset. :( Oh well, it's still a much better fit than when I picked it up from the shop. I know I can do this, no worries. Just really confused by the sudden change in a week. And ladies, I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago so I don't get "that time of the month" to blame it on ha ha ha!!

Have a wonderful day!!!
