Thanks for the thumbs up, Celia1975! I had trouble sleeping last night and was up way way past my normal bedtime. The hunger really started kicking in since I was awake. I actually couldnt wait to wake up this morning and make my steel cut oats!!! I guess thats what happens when you don't overeat.....your body actually tells you when it needs food! Wow, that was tought but I didnt get out a bag of chips like I normally would have. Its more like one hour at a time that I need to make it through!

Hi Everyone, Just had to report my little success. I just joined on Dec. 24th and the last 2 days I was able to stay within my calorie range!! Yay!! This took some planning but was doable! I even did the treadmill for 40 minutes too! ...........and still was able to have a little sliver of dessert tonight at my mom's. Hopefully 2 days turns into 2 weeks and 2 months.............
