Sure thing -I thought of one more last night though I don't know what they are called. Put your back against the wall and drop your butt down like you are going to sit on a chair- once your legs are parallel to the floor hold that position - if this is too easy - lift one of your legs. Enjoy :)
You can add in lunges, deadlifts ( touch your toes and really stretch and tighten your hamstrings), plie squats( wide leg - toes pointed out), front squats (keep feet together when you go down for your squat position). I would recommend doing them every other day as your muscles need some time to recover.
Hi Everyone: As I do my cardio I am looking to do a small leg routine everyday. Something that I can do at my desk as a supplement to workouts. My legs are very heavy so I know that I have to really step up the cardio but I still want to do something small everyday. So I am looking for suggestions: This is what I was thinking 25 squats 30 calf raises and now I am stuck if I could think of 1-2 more leg exercises to do at my desk I am golden all thoughts appreciated
