As I do my cardio I am looking to do a small leg routine everyday. Something that I can do at my desk as a supplement to workouts. My legs are very heavy so I know that I have to really step up the cardio but I still want to do something small everyday.
So I am looking for suggestions:
This is what I was thinking
30 calf raises
and now I am stuck if I could think of 1-2 more leg exercises to do at my desk I am golden
all thoughts appreciated
