Wow... you girls are way outof my league... I did 40 ball situps (20 oblique) , a 2 minute plank and the torso machine (24 each side).

I recently read somewhere that the bicycle ab exercise and the captain's chair engage the most abdominal muscles... I'll be trying that tomorrow!
