No sodas, candy, cookies, brownies, cake, pie, sweet muffins, donuts, etc.

I know myself and I DO have chocolate cravings that I have learned to give into or I end up eating way too many other calories that don't satisfy it... So, I will allow myself no more than one chocolate treat a week. And it will be 2 squares of dark chocolate only.
Let's do this thing! Don't leave me out here all alone!
