one piece of Halloween candy ... .I was week. I tried not eating any ... but then they dumped their stash on the floor to divide it up --- right in front of me ... and when they went off to hide their loot .... one piece remained on the floor. Calling out to me.

I usually eat dinner before 6:00pm latest and then do not eat till morning.I have reflux so I gave up evening snacks.
