well after a big stop on my daily walk I am back again to the routine.

Last week I walked 4 days in a row more than 1.20-1.50 miles. Today I went for more, short time but I did my walk.

Need to keep it up in order to lose these extra pound worth of medication.

I've been walking for quite a while (try to get at least 10,000 steps although lately have been delinquent!).

So far today have 2.5 miles.

Those of you that just started walking try to walk half a mile which is six blocks three days a week for two weeks then a mile three days a week per month

I want everyone to start slow an work your way up ( please take your time, you will gain speed )
