Hello everyone, can you recommend a good core/abs DVD? No Jillian Michaels please and if is possible must be a intermediate/advance. thanks!

I do on Tues with gym trainer 3 sets, 15 reps with most of them, of 8 arm strength exercises (a lot involve tightening stomach). On Thurs it's trainer again with leg strength training and then on Sat or Sun I do the arm again since I need that more than the leg. Then on non-consecutive days I try to get more specific abs exercises in. I'm still working at doing the ones that don't involve a trainer. I'm trying not to skip them!!!

A friend and I just started a workout challenge of doing 300 ab workoouts and 1 mile run a day for the next 3 weeks. We also made it a little more interesting by adding a $20 victoria secret gift card to whoever doesn't miss a day.

I'd like a combination. Walk/jog/run is good - I would have to walk with maybe some bursts of mild jogging (leslie sansone!). Maybe a few exercises too - maybe 3 exercises a day? Monday 3 leg exercises, Tues 3 arm exercises and Wed 3 core exercises and then do those again: Thur - leg, Fri - arm, Sat (or Sun) - core. Three new ones can be added the following week leaving the type (leg, arm, core) in place. The amount would depend on what you can do. Then pick what you want to walk every day or however many days you want and it can be increased every week as you go along? Just a thought. Anyone can add too or request something else...

Think it would be fun to have a challenge started!

We should all get together and start a challenge. I am currently doing Insanity, on week 3 and I run a mile every morning. I would love to have a challenge on abs. Any suggestions?
