I'd like a combination. Walk/jog/run is good - I would have to walk with maybe some bursts of mild jogging (leslie sansone!). Maybe a few exercises too - maybe 3 exercises a day? Monday 3 leg exercises, Tues 3 arm exercises and Wed 3 core exercises and then do those again: Thur - leg, Fri - arm, Sat (or Sun) - core. Three new ones can be added the following week leaving the type (leg, arm, core) in place. The amount would depend on what you can do. Then pick what you want to walk every day or however many days you want and it can be increased every week as you go along? Just a thought. Anyone can add too or request something else...
Think it would be fun to have a challenge started!
