Life style change" is definitely a better choice of terms. 'Diet' has such a short term 'I'm gonna suffer' stigma to it. 'life style change' has a more positive and permanent tone.

Completely agree with you. Sparking is a lifestyle change NOT a diet. Diets are short term (usually) events that may or may not lead to weight loss. For myself sparking is a lifestyle change, one that factors into any food choices I make, even when I make poor choices I have still thought about the impact BEFORE I made the choice.

I don't know about you guys but I HATE the word diet. I have been asked recently what diet I am on. I have found I don't like that question. The way I have been loosing weight is by eating more sensibly and that, to me, is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change.
What do you think about this. Are you on a diet or a journey to change the way you eat???
