emoticon on your weight loss!
Any size weight loss is always emoticon

Eating healthy is always a Big challenge for me too!
I thought I was doing well so far, until I added a few more things to my nutrition tracker. Seems I have been lacking in a lot of vital nutrients! No wonder I have been getting little dizzy spells!emoticon

It's hard for people on the go to eat healthy for sure! But, at least food manufacturers are leaning toward offering healthier meals. You just need to really read the package, and when you are in a hurry, this can be very time consuming!emoticon

I lost .7 pounds this past week. Which I was surprised about because I haven't been hitting my min. calorie intake but have almost been going over my fat intake.

I'm aiming to eat better this week. I live with my parents, my mom usually cooks dinner but they've both been on vacation for the past 2 weeks. My mom comes back Wednesday night so at least in the end of the week I'll do better. But I tend to shop in the frozen food sections when she's gone. I really need to stop doing that...

I can relateemoticon. I have been stuck at 180-181 for awhile now as well. Waiting to break that next level too!
But, I know I am doing well, without the scale saying so. Because my clothes are all too big!emoticon
Plus, I have just been feeling better in general.
The exercise is doing wonders for the both of us!
PRAISE GOD!emoticon
So let's try not to dwell on the scale too much, ok?

Blessings,

I weighed in today, Friday, my usual weigh in day. I stayed the same again. But it's ok. A tiny bit disappointing, since I reached 191 pounds 2 weeks ago. Last week was 191 and today, EXACTLY 191 pounds. But, hey, last time I was at 193-193.5 for about 4 weeks and finally the scale moved.

I know that sometimes we can't have a loss no matter how we try. So, I would think next week the scale will show a loss. I added resistance band exercises and kicked up the walking to 5+ miles a day.

I hope to continue that pace. If not, that is ok too. I'm just not worried about it. I'm doing the right things for my body and I know my body appreciates it.

I'm so much healthier than I was at 229.5 pounds on March 1st.

Thanks you for Joining me on the wonderful journey to a HEALTHY 2010 !

WE WILL DO THIS!

I'm happy to report that I lost 2.5 Pounds this week!!

As you can guess I'm ecstatic to say the least. I now weigh less than when I got married in 1965. I then weighed 193 pounds and have never been below that since then. I now weigh 191 pounds. The scale finally moved as I knew it would. I been around that 193 & 193.5 for about a month now.

YES! Finally a breakthrough.

Next goal 189.5 since that will be UNDER the 190 mark. 1.5 Pounds till that goal.

Then 185.5. The lowest I ever remember in my life to weigh is 186. I weighed that in 8th grade AFTER I had my appendix out. Doctor told me I should never gain any weight and not to go over that. OH DEAR!~

Well, I'm almost back there and I will again be shouting from the roof tops!

When I started TOPS in 1981 I weighed 266 pounds.

I'm here to tell you IT CAN BE DONE. One step, one day, one CONSCIOUS DECISION at a time.

Here for you along Life's journey to Healthy....

Thank you all for being such an encouragement. Together we can do this!

emoticon for a Super Fantastic Friday!
