My Spotify playlist is on Shuffle when I am working out but it seems there is a lot of 60's-90's music there. Its close to 2000 tracks now!

I would say the 80's by a little bit over the 70's~

Little bit of everything! It just kind of depends on what I'm doing.
For running, I mostly listen to current music. 10 Years has the perfect beat for me.

They play current music in the gym which is great for the treadmill or elliptical. I do a lot of walking outside the gym but I prefer to walk without music so that I can better hear the sounds around me.
