My SO doesn't need to use Spark People since he's already in fine shape. We both are active exercise fools :) We both try to live a healthy lifestyle to set an example for ourselves and his children. We do use the Food Tracker to monitor what we eat, the calories and sodium level. Making sure we don't consume too much dairy, meat or junk foods~
