I exercise at home since I have a treadmill, elliptical, stability ball, resistance bands, weights, yoga mat, YouTube, Spark People. The only thing I couldn't do here is swim, no pool. I could bike ride but the bikes we have on hand are a little high for me so no go on that one. I prefer walking & cardio videos anyhow!

I just renewed my annual membership at the gym. I like the recumbent bike where I can read and pedal at the same time, then I lift weights and do several machines. I've been walking a lot. I have been a Volksmarcher since 1993. Check out www.ava.org. for info on that. And for over a year I've participated in Meetups for walking groups...the Dog Walkers is one of them, and that is really a lot of fun. We had 13 people Saturday and 16 dogs off leash. It's more fun than exercise. Go to firstname.lastname@example.org for information on all those...any kind of interest you might have will probably have a meetup group.
