I understand that muscular people score pretty high on the BMI because muscle weighs more than fat. Are weight lifters obese? So, no, I don't think the BMI is all that it is made out to be. We need other measures as well.

Na, BMI is a great tool, but that is all it is, a tool.

I believe that it is a good tool, but it shouldn't be the only way that your health is measured.
