I think eating out of boredom and then eating large portions. Before SP, I didn't realize that I had these habits. I didn't think my portions were large at all.

Sticking to it! In all honesty I start out with great motivation and then it sort of fizz's out. I pick up the next month the same way. I am the only one holding myself accountable, so if I fall down, I deal with myself, and I am a push over.
