Motivational tricks? Basically I like the way I feel after I exercise so that keeps me getting on my horse and exercising. Also, I want to stay healthy, flexible, strong, able to eat what I like when I want it for the most part. I don't want to feel bad emotionally or physically, I've had enough of that!
