Motivational tricks? Basically I like the way I feel after I exercise so that keeps me getting on my horse and exercising. Also, I want to stay healthy, flexible, strong, able to eat what I like when I want it for the most part. I don't want to feel bad emotionally or physically, I've had enough of that!

Before and after pictures.Document your changes, just because you don't lose pounds doesn't mean that you didn't gain muscles or become more toned.
