I like to walk and I am a proud member of Spark's 10K/day team. But I get awfully tired of walking in the same areas, usually with only my dog. I am so glad I found three Meetup walking groups. At first these people who I met through my computer were strangers, but now as I see many of the same people over and over, they are feeling more like friends. We walk as a group, usually 8 to 20 of us, in all kinds of places, and I always feel safe and secure and everyone is so friendly. I have been walking a lot more since I started doing this in January. Search for Meetup and see what you find to meet your interests.
Try to do a variety of exercises so I am not doing the same ones everyday. I am in a couple of Wii teams and both have challenges in them that offer different workouts on each day of the week. I also have some machines and video tapes and dvd's so I can change things up even more.
