I don't have a favorite workout song, but anything with a good beat that is upbeat and you can dance to or I would consider a song I would have rollerskated to years ago is good for listening to while exercising.

I don't have a favorite workout song. I usually do the Richard Simmons DVD's and like most of the songs on them.

I don't really have one. Most of the time I don't even hear the music. I'm too focused on what I'm doing.
