Up until a few years ago, I had tried Weight Watchers. I was a habitual Weight Watcher and liked following the program, but was discouraged with only a 20 pound weight loss. As I grew older and realized that overall health was more important and learned not to focus on the numbers all the time, I kind of followed my own plan at home. I was also on a strict diet following chemotherapy treatments so that has hindered some of my appetite, but I don't recommend that for a diet! I would agree with Butrfly that my follow through is my weakest muscle...consistency seems to be key along with portion control.
