Ok... I love dancing, kickboxing, jazzercize, zumba, treadmill to samba music, but.........I do none of these yet...I do them all in my head for sure LOL... I really haven't gotten to the point of loving any of them because this body is toooooo big at the moment. I'm am doing Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds/5 miles, and I have a treadmill?? So right now I dislike all exercise and really like doing none....Yikes brutally honest this morning.... Oh well, it is what it is...but it's OK, because this too shall CHANGE!!!
I love swimming and dancing the most which neither have I done in a very long time.
Being a rather outdoor girl (or at least I used to be) it's hard to think of exercise I dislike. I think I hate exercise that is just that. Like at home situps and such that is done alone. I prefer to "exercise" by walking with a friend or going to the lake or pool (preferably with someone). I would rather share the experience with a friend or in a group setting.
