Morning or early afternoon. If I leave it any later I am apt to forego it! NOT a good thing.

Around noon or early afternoon. I work a lot of evenings and I am not a morning person. I like to workout before I shower and get ready for my evening shift.

I would love to workout in the mornings. Just can't seem to get my butt out of bed early. But I do enjoy my workout classes at the YMCA in the evening.

I have to spread my exercise thoughout the day, but my favorite time is first thing in the morning. Everyone is still in bed so it is my quiet time. Also, if something happens during the day and I am unable to get my other workout in, I know I got something in.
