I agree with Emily. Time spent sitting is not exercise, and aren't kids criticized for spending a lot of time playing video games instead of just playing? I do a lot of other things on the computer besides SP, and it all takes a tremendous amount of time. (No, still not Facebook, though I'm afraid that day is coming.) So, no, I haven't blogged yet and probably will not.

I blogged more when I initially started SP, but I don't do it as often now. Now I feel like it is something that I am "supposed" to be doing to help with my journey toward better health. I do think it helps, but I don't have a lot of time for it anymore. By the time I read and comment on posts and track my food and read an article or two, I have been on SP for over an hour. And then I tell myself that that is an hour that I could have used for exercise. I think that there has to be a balance for me between being on SP and actually living the healthy lifestyle.

I checked and I have 17 entries in 4 years. Guess I'm not much of a blogger.
Seems like I use blogging as more of an emotional release than anything else and then rarely accomplish that.
