So, I am going to follow in my sister's footsteps and establish a "ME" routine in the mornings that will including both meditation and guided meditation. Have looked at both zafu and zaboton and I like them both, but not sure what to get. Wondering what everyone else uses and any recommendations??? I'm getting excited about doing this, but it new to me.
