I just joined spark people recently. I have between 40 - 45 lbs to lose. I've been heavy my whole life and making healthy choices has been a huge challenge. I have an extreme amount of stress in my life right now and only eat because I have to at the moment. My stress levels make it so I'm not hungry...which is not typical for me. However, I'm not necessarily making good choices when I do eat. I just eat what I have at home.
Anyway...if I'm going to go through the stress, I might as well make things right with my health. I see my family have health consequences for their weight issues and I don't want to be in the same boat.
