Good suggestions, Lisa. Today I went to our local art center to drop off cookies for an afternoon tea party and found myself sticking around to help in the kitchen. Four plus hours later--wasn't what I'd planned, but it was time well spent. Have a great weekend. Cris

It is another Friday, what did you do last week? What will you do this week that is different? Add something new to your weekend. Take a walk and talk with one of your kids or your spouse, or even a friend. Call a family member just to say I love you. Get a good recipe from Spark people and go cook it. Spice up your weekend, and do something ( it is better than the same old thing) . Then you have something good to talk about.
