If you are able, walking is good exercise. If you aren't able to get outside to walk, Leslie Sansone has some great indoor walking tapes.
If you need to exercise seated, (which I do), there is a great chair exercise team here on Spark; you can find the link on my Spark Page. I also do Sit and Be Fit DVDs, and on the days I am feeling stronger, I have some Jodi Stolove Chair Aerobic DVDs which are a lot of fun.
