I just turned 60 last month and ride my bike all the time. I have a recumbent trike. My husband and I share one car so I use my bike to run most of my errands: shopping, movies, going to church, library, post office .etc.
I have an autoimmune disease and find that cycling is the best way to decrease the chronic pain I have every day. I can really feel the difference when I miss riding two days in row. OUCH!

Yesterday I rode for a short time with my dog. That was kind of a crazy experience--I wrote about it in my blog, so I won't repeat myself here. But it was fun! I'm hoping to do more of it; it's a great way to get all her youthful energy out.
I've been incredibly busy with work things of late. So much so that I've barely had time for Spark at all, and haven't been on my bike. It's good that I'm getting the work (I'm self-employed and it's contract work with quick turnaround deadlines), but I need to rebalance my schedule so I can get out on the bike.
