I just turned 60 last month and ride my bike all the time. I have a recumbent trike. My husband and I share one car so I use my bike to run most of my errands: shopping, movies, going to church, library, post office .etc.
I have an autoimmune disease and find that cycling is the best way to decrease the chronic pain I have every day. I can really feel the difference when I miss riding two days in row. OUCH!
