Let the Games Begin!
Lost another 3 pounds..this past week..Grand Total of (drum roll please "prudddddddd" 26 pounds in like 54 days......... Wooo Hooo. I have made it a game! I Find out ..I am an investigator.
I have looked up:
The healthiest foods for me
The healthiest Vegetables for me
The healthiest Nuts for me
The healthiest Herbs and Spices to add to my diet.
The best serving of fish
The best legumes & seeds
The best Whole Grains
Then add these items to my grocery list. A planned grocery list a new healthy grocery list that I keep on my computer the only one I now use and it has basic foods on it no processed foods..except for my Fiber One Bars lol .."I forgot my head one day and decided to let Eating Right and Fiber Plus tell me they were good for me because of the name and I DIDN'T READ THE LABLES man a mistake I wont make again". Hydrogenated oils in BOTH of them, Fiber One Bars do not! I have written Kellogg's.... oh they are trying blah, blah, blah to take it out etc. Well if Wall Mart and Fiber One can do it, so can they!!!!!!!!!!! I will be writing the Eating Right People (huh) soon.
I am trying new ways to eat these wonderful foods that nourish my body so perfectly. Kind of fun to find new ways to make foods at 53, I have always been a cook ..always made good foods or what I thought was good foods and some where ok, just fatting! Now I am making over all my recipes and with the help of Spark recipes I get to see what the nutritional value and calorie value is in my new ways.
I like games ...they help motivate me. If you like games this might work for you as well.
