149. As you can see, I have gained almost 3 pounds! With an increase in daily exercise. This is starting out just like last Summer, and from that experience I know if I just CONTINUE and get my eating right, I WILL see improvement...whether that's weight loss or fitness gain.

Time to head out the door...VERY chilly this morning. I'm ready for some HEAT!

Hey girls you both are doing awesome! I have been watching my weight go up, but I am trying to get my metabolism to working again. I have been dieting (thinking I was being healthy) for so long that now the only way I can lose is to eat under 1200 calories! That is not healthy! I am sick of starving myself. I have been reading up on how the metabolism works and I have been eating under for far to long. It is going to take a while of eating right before I see some weight loss, BUT trying not to freak out about it! LOL One thing is now I can eat around 1700 calories and I am staying about the same weight without huge gains now.

171 and feeling strong!

Today could be a cheat day, but I am not sure if I want to. I know when I eat one thing that's not healthy or too much of it, my weight will spike. Then I would be fighting all over again to get back down. I am sooooo close to the 160's. If I keep myself under control again this week, I could get there. Wish me luck!
