Yeah, once you activate that bonus section, it automatically appears on your little box. God knows I couldn't have figured out how to do it! I assume, once you check off all the chapters, it will change from I bought the spark, to I read the spark. I'm not finished yet, but that's my guess.

Once you get the book go to page 221. Enter the code and it registers you in the book group.

1.) Log in everyday and get login points and Bonus Spin
2.) Do 30-45 minute on WII Fit Plus
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Burn at least 265 cal a workout
5.) Take it one day at a time.
6.) Take time for me.

I think that you have to email a copy of your order receipt to Spark People, but I don't remember the exact details.

I just ordered the Spark book yesterday and I wanted to add it to my Avatar. How do I do that!
