my weight gain started in august when i found out i wouldn't be doing the tri that i was hoping to do in september.. so from aug to now, it's about 15 lbs..

custom Oakleys that I just got a few weeks ago. They're purple and sparkly! And I was surprised that the custom wasn't more expensive than half of the ones they have for sale. They replace my Oakleys that I've had for about 8 years now.

personally, i think you've gotta find some baby sitters that you can slowly introduce to your kids.. once they're past the warm-up period, you'll hopefully have more opportunities to get some alone time..

apply the formula cp (current concentration) = co (initial concentration) * e ^-k(rate constant)t (1/2 life).. if you isolate, you can get cp on one side of the equation.. so then it's about plugging numbers in.. =)

well, it stays detectable in your system for 38 hrs total... half-life or probable actual working time is 19 hrs, its been 5 hours... no i can't solve it because i don't know how many ng/ML are going in every hour. (unless i'm completely on the wrong track, can you tell me the answer and how to solve it if i'm wrong?)

TPAM -- how do you find alone time with your significant other if you have young children and no willing babysitter family members and your children won't stay with people they don't know?

ha ha.. her wild hair is almost over nowadays (it's sitting flatter - or less spikier)..

my weight loss is heading in the opposite direction.. so suffice it to say, the losing part of it isn't going well.. however, i'm exercising more, and have been more active.. so that's a good thing.. right?
