How did your run go?

I went for a lunch time walk today and yesterday as well. Better than nothing, but don;t get to do much else during the week currently am so overwhelmed with work

30 minutes on treadmill changing between running flat and walking 10% incline, 10 minutes stationary bike, then 30 minutes weights for upper body.

weights for chest delts and tris (treadmills were taken up).. 3 minutes on treadmill (the free one that i managed to get had a funny belt).. and 5 mins on the bike (damn treadmill and a 1pm meeting).. =)

I have errants to run for the office in downtown. So I will park the car in one spot and walk to all the places. That will give me at ;least 30 mintues brisk walking, if not more. If I have the time, I will do the "scenic" route: take longer routes from one place to the other.

First I did some heavy cleaning for 1 hour, then walked with Nyaramula for 150minutes, then went for a half hour swim. Then i went to bed for a nap....LOL

Well, I have started Zumba, which I have been doing 40 minutes a day of, but today I got to go rock climbing for four hours. I was so happy to go out on the rock again. Really pumpy today, so my arms got a nice workout. emoticon
