I'm in a much better mood now that I'm working out quite intensely. But I also get cranky quicker at stupid situations like bad drivers, etc.

I never thought about exercise and hormones. The only thing I notice about hormones any more is that I still have hot flashes. After I run then shower I am cold. Hot while I'm sweating but then I get so cold! At least not hot flashes. Hormones? I don't know, but interesting!

Great timing on this subject. This is what my husband likes to call my "crabby week". I get irritated at just about every little thing. And I was at the gym this morning wondering if it was helping at all with my crabbiness and I did notice that I felt in a better mood when I finished. Now was that because I was finished or because the actual exercise helped? Hmmm! emoticon emoticon

Not at this time in my life apparently - my hormones seem to be worse now than ever but I still keep on the exercise anyway.

Read something about the lymphatic system moves hormones around.
And that exercising would get the system flowing better.

So, if this is the case: do you notice that when you exercise, your hormonal levels balance out better?
