New goals??

I would like one that would help me get back on track. Although I'm not sure what it would be.

The main purpose of the team goals is to help us with our weight lose journey and to also make it so that we get to know one another on the team.

The 1st one is to Encourage 1 person! 1 time per day. That simply means give encouragement to some one you know on the team, or even get to know some one better on the team by either stopping by there spark and posting on there page, which coast NO SP goodies at all, but does give us spark points by doing so. Some might even want to go the extra mile and send that person a 5 point goodie.
Some might even have an spark email going on with one of our team members and that's fine.

2nd.... Give 1 Goodie! 1 time per day.
I know that not all of you on the team are aware of how the goodies on SP work.
I give out them ALL the time.
And those who on the team for what ever reason, they have there spark pages either not set up or don't want to be unknown on the team which is fine. But when they earn a reward on the Perimenopause team we can't give them goodies at all.
I for one want to give out goodies for a JOB well done. And if you achieve a position in our WEEKLY FITNESS AREA ON THE TEAM we want to be able to recognize you for doing so. Trust me it's not easy getting into the FIVE top spots on the team.
So when a team member does IT'S A BIG THING.
Now if you'd like to know how to make your page so you can get them at least from your friends and the team please let me know and I'll be gladly to help.

3rd....Stretch for 5 minutes 1 time per day....this 1 is simple.....how ever even I know I need to do better with this 1:) After stretching does help with trimming the waist and also helps reduce soreness.

4th......Do 1 something nice/good for yourself 1 time per day. this 1 could mean any thing the sky is the limit on this 1.....and may I add giving your self a 5 point goodie with this can also be a fun 1. It's like a card with a note even. I think this 1 is also hard for us to do , that is be kind to our selves after all we are our own worst credits. try to have fun with this one.

5th......Measure something every day; it could be a food item or a route you walk/jog 1 measurement per day. If your really focused on what your doing with SP this should be a breeze. For doing this one you know your on the right track and you'll for sure see results in your weight lose journey.

So you don't under stand the goodie thing.
I love getting them and getting them.

In fact we on the team can't give you goodies on the team cause your spark page is not available.
Do you want to receive goodies?
If you feel comfortable with being on SP and setting up your page that would make it to where we even on the team can give you a goodie. You can make it so that just your friends can give you a goodies.
If you'd like help with any of this let me know and I'm happy to help you.

I'll keep in mind that you like the other team goals.

Hi BG-
When I joined the team, I picked encourage 1 person 1 time per day and I am consistent with it so I hope this goal continues emoticon
I should be more involved with others, I don't get into the goodie thing and don't even know how to do it-I have earned 100 (I think) goodie points but haven't used them emoticon So this isn't a big one in my book........I DO however like the other team goals here!

Ladies,
I've been looking over the team for for the team and would like every ones pinion's or idea of some new team GOALS.
Some of you might not be aware of them here are what they are currently;
Encourage 1 person! 1 time per day

Give 1 Goodie! 1 time per day

Stretch for 5 minutes 1 time per day

Do 1 something nice/good for yourself 1 time per day

Measure something every day; it could be a food item or a route you walk/jog 1 measurement per day

My Question to you is are you involved with these goals do you join them while your here on the team site?

And what if any team goals would you like to be NEW on the team?
Let me know and well see if any changes can be done.
Or if changes are needed.
