This is similar to the program at MyFitnessPal.com. I don't always exercise in the morning, so am not thrilled with the new set up. I will stick with the old program. I can at least adjust my calories in to the range I eat.

I have a FitBit and there site does this. It's very nice. I plan on getting back to tracking, so I'll look into making the change.

Thanks I think this could be helpful. I've always wondered if my calories in calories out was right. This way It's different day to day. I might actually enjoy the change....and normally I am NOT good with change.
