I like the "healthier food choices" challenge, all in making sure we discuss what healthier substitutes we've discovered.

For me either the Cardio Challenge or Healthier Substitute Challenge sound good.

HEALTHIER SUBSTITUTE Challenge ~~
Read your food labels, find a healthier substitute, and let us know. For example; substitute baked potato chips for fried potato ships. Eating an apple instead of a candy bar, yogurt for ice cream, etc.

OR

CARDIO Challenge ~~ increase the amount of cardio you get.

OR

BUILDING BONES? ~~
meet your calcium needs through food only.

OR

Identify one or more nutrient(s) that you are lacking according to you own personal Food Tracker.

OR.... ???
