HEALTHIER SUBSTITUTE Challenge ~~
Read your food labels, find a healthier substitute, and let us know. For example; substitute baked potato chips for fried potato ships. Eating an apple instead of a candy bar, yogurt for ice cream, etc.

CARDIO Challenge ~~ increase the amount of cardio you get.


OR


BUILDING BONES? ~~
meet your calcium needs through food only.


OR

Identify one or more nutrient(s) that you are lacking according to you own personal Food Tracker.
