July is SP's Less Stress month. Daily Declutter: This is a fun way to keep our lives as simple and stress-free as possible.

OR

Clean and/or Organize something you usually don't get around to.

OR

Be More ACTIVE! Hide the remote, park further away and walk, be your own dishwasher, dance, cultivate a garden, etc.

OR

Building Bones? The REAL Challenge would be to meet your calcium needs through food only.
