The Pedometer is a great challenge! I have a desk job - paperless, so I am chained to my desk almost every day, and then when I get off of work?........To get the recommended 10,000 steps a day is a real challenge needless to say. I had a really good pedometer that has a pendulum in it so you can just put it in your pocket or whatever...but you know, I dont remember the name of it and I dont have it on today..but I will I will post the name of it. I got it at Academy Sports and it cost a little more, but I went through about a dozen cheaper ones that, like yours, would only last a week or so. That is VERY frustrating! So it was worth the money.

I like the pedometer challenge, especially during the summer when I'm out and about more and doing more walking. I had a nice pedometer, but it stopped working only after a few weeks. Any suggestions on good pedometers?

I'm headed t words the toning.....since toning helps you lose more fat.....I think that's what I'd want.
I'm already upping my cardio.

Be More ACTIVE!

OR

A 10-minute Challenge~

10- min Cardio (if you already do cardio, then add 10 minutes OR do 10 minutes of some other cardio)

10- min Strength Training (if you are not doing it yet)
10- min stretching (if you are not doing it yet)
10 - min of relaxing

If you wear a pedometer (get in 10 minutes extra worth of steps)

OR

Building Bones - calcium intake


OR....?
