Each person will need to find something that works for them. I've heard of some taking mega doses of vitamin E, others taking in soy products, some on prescription hormones, & still others on Bio-identical hormones. Each of these products have their own successes, problems, & risks but if they increase the quality of your life & you are well informed, I would say that it's a good choice for you.

I still wrestle with some sleepless nights (hot & cold). I'm hoping that my body will soon adjust to the reduction of hormones - if not - I may actually try out the BIH regimen. Just toughing it out now.

Interesting, but I'm still not interested in taking hormones. I'm finding more sleep and eating better helps.

All hormones, even those that are compounded or bioidentical, are synthesized. Those that are not FDA-approved may not meet the same quality and purity standards and have not been extensively tested to see how well they work, or how safe they are for you.
