Glad your here with us!

I have a friend who went through menopause at 32, yes you read right 32.

And welcome to the weight gain, fun right, NOT really.

I bet the Dr says you think your in what? Perimenopause, yea right, lol.

But of course blood test can & other tests can help with the answers to what your going through.

I found if I am really active and do at least 60 minutes of cardio and toning through out the week as well as write down every thing I eat I get results.

Let us know what you learn and find out from the DR.

i am new to this discussion team. I am 37 years old and have been having terrible night sweats and hot flashes for the past 3 months. I have also been flip-flopping on the emotional scale for about 6 months like I have permanent PMS. I have also gained 20 pounds in 3 months. I decided to rejoin sparkpeople to manage my eating and exercise. It makes me feel more accountable when I have to actually log it in. Also, I can print it to take to my doctor for my yearly check up in a month to see where he can add improvements to what I am doing and see if medicine or testing for further issues might be needed. Y'all seem so supportive of each other and I look forward to getting to know y'all better.
