I have a friend who went through menopause at 32, yes you read right 32.
And welcome to the weight gain, fun right, NOT really.
I bet the Dr says you think your in what? Perimenopause, yea right, lol.
But of course blood test can & other tests can help with the answers to what your going through.
I found if I am really active and do at least 60 minutes of cardio and toning through out the week as well as write down every thing I eat I get results.
Let us know what you learn and find out from the DR.
